1. General Activation, Refund, and Hold Policies

• Immediate Activation: All memberships and class passes activate automatically on the date of purchase. Once activated, memberships must be used within one week of the purchase date.

• Final Sale: All memberships, class passes, and promotional packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.

• No Holds (General): Standard memberships and class passes cannot be placed on hold or paused for any reason.

2. Class Passes and Attendance

• Student Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the student to attend and make up for any missed classes. Members agree to pay their fees in full regardless of attendance, scheduling conflicts, or missed sessions.

• Schedule Modifications: The studio schedule and instructional staff may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Package-Specific Policies

A. Brand New Student Promo

• Valid exclusively for new students. This promo cannot be purchased if you have previously paid for weekly classes at Araguacu.

• This pass is strictly applicable only to the specific foundational classes listed in the offer description.

B. One-Month Unlimited Membership

• Activates on the date of purchase and expires exactly 30 days later.

C. 1-Year (Gold Pass) Membership

• Activates on the date of purchase and expires exactly 1 year later.

• Hold Policy: This is the only membership eligible for a hold. It may be paused one time during the 1-year period for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.

• Notice Required: You must notify the studio via email at least one week prior to the requested hold start date.

4. Auto-Renew Membership & Cancellation Policy

• Automatic Billing: Membership fees will be automatically billed monthly to your credit card or deducted from your bank account until canceled. Cash and debit cards are not accepted for this membership type.

• Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 3 consecutive monthly payments is strictly required before a cancellation request can be processed.

Cancellation Procedure:

• Eligibility: You may request cancellation at any time after your third monthly payment has been successfully processed.

• Notice Period: To cancel, you must email araguacudanceco@gmail.com at least one week (7 days) prior to your next scheduled automatic billing date.

• Confirmation: Once your request is received, the studio will send an email confirmation verifying that your membership will terminate at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

• Late Requests: Any cancellation request received after your billing date, or less than one week before it, will be processed for the following month's cycle. No retroactive refunds will be given.

Class Pass Policies

• Activation & Expiration: Class passes activate automatically on your first day of class and are valid until the specified expiration date.

• Final Sale: All class passes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be placed on hold.

• Eligible Classes: Credits can be used for any regular weekly classes. Special workshops, bootcamps, and intensives are explicitly excluded.
