This intensive is split into two sessions, blending theory with high-energy physical practice:

• The Roots & Rhythms: A breakdown of the traditional instruments and the history that shaped the music.

• Musicality Drills: Specialized exercises to help you identify changes in the music and adapt your energy in real-time.

• Technical Movement: A deep dive into body mechanics, ensuring your movement is grounded and fluid.

• Footwork & Partnerwork: Translating musical interpretation into footwork and seamless partner connection.
