Join Emily on August 15th for a playful open-level workshop focused on building self connection and salsa fundamentals. In this session, we will begin with a warmup and conditioning practice rooted in building awareness of the body and mind as dancers, movers, and groovers.

From this place of connection to ourselves, we will begin to play with fundamental Salsa On2 techniques, incorporating drills and activities to lead us into a short choreo.

Come join her in tapping into a playful practice and exploration of movement and connection.
